The approach
We approached Terras Tabaqueiras as a visual rhythm — not just a layout. The design system was built around a modular grid that accommodates poetic variation, alternating imagery and text moments with enough breathing space to let content speak.
Typography was chosen for readability and poise, with subtle treatments that enhance flow without drawing attention away from the voice of the text. Photography and graphic elements were integrated to reflect mood, context and setting, reinforcing the emotional essence of each section.

Among the highlights of this issue is a special chapter dedicated to Bishop D. Manuel Ferreira Cabral, a native of the parish, celebrating his historical and cultural significance.
