São Vicente — 281 Years of History (1744–2025) · 12 Years of Commitment (2013–2025)
This publication is a public report of the work carried out by the municipal executive over twelve years in office (2013–2025).
The A4 landscape format is conceived as a window over the territory. Spreads open like viewpoints; large photographs provide context and scale, while information sits in its place without noise. The cover sets the tone with a panoramic image of São Vicente, and the municipal green is used with restraint to guide titles and points of navigation.
Inside, the layout is simple and modern. A column grid organises the content and establishes an intuitive rhythm of reading. There is a continuous dialogue between images and text blocks: at times the photograph leads and the text follows; at others the text frames the action and the image confirms it. Typography is disciplined and readable—left‑aligned paragraphs, generous margins and measured variations of size and weight—so the document can be consulted quickly or read from start to finish with ease.
The sections mirror the areas of municipal action—works and infrastructure, social support, culture, education and sport, environment and tourism, among others. Each begins with a brief note and progresses through interventions and initiatives, identifying places, dates and actors. The tone remains factual and civic, giving visibility to teams, partners and community impact without excess or rhetoric.
Design and production were followed end to end. Image preparation and colour management safeguard detail and consistency; pre‑press and print supervision ensure that what is designed is what reaches the reader. The result is a restrained, contemporary report that places evidence at the centre.
Above all, this is the closing record of a mandate: a tool for accountability and memory, delivered with the sobriety public service deserves and the visual calm that allows the reader to clearly see the work accomplished.
