User Data

The oneline, as the creator and provider of the SERVICE, ensures that the personal data of the USER is collected with the purpose of being included in the oneline’s customer database for the purposes of customer management, billing, product and service marketing, customer contact, promotion, advertising, and for statistical purposes.

2.When the USER subscribes to the SERVICE, they accept and acknowledge that they will have to provide their personal data strictly necessary for the provision of the same; such data will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.

3.Under no circumstances will the USER’s personal data be disclosed, provided to third parties, without the express consent of the USER, except in the cases provided for in the following point.

4. The oneline will provide the USER’s account data to the competent authorities if required by law or if the oneline is notified or subpoenaed by court order to do so.

1. The oneline ensures that the personal data of the VISITOR is collected for the purpose of statistical analysis of the website.

2.When the VISITOR accesses the website, they accept and acknowledge that they may have to provide their personal data strictly necessary for navigation; such data will be used exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.

4.The VISITOR may contact us directly via written message, through chat room or contact form, to ask questions or clarify doubts about the SERVICES provided or to request quotes or meetings. The oneline may request their contact information (e.g., name, email address, or phone number). This data is only recorded to respond to the questions we receive at the time.

5.At no point will we use this data of the VISITOR to register accounts for the SERVICES of oneline.

6.Only after both parties have agreed to the provision of SERVICES will specific data be requested for identification and access to specific project management areas.

The oneline reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time, without prior notice, keeping the information of the last update date at the end of this page.
