Across Madeira is a company dedicated to tourist activities and services, helping visitors explore, experience, and travel across the island of Madeira.
Oneline was responsible for creating the visual identity for Across Madeira, developing a brand capable of giving the company greater visibility, recognition, and prominence within the tourism sector.
The identity was born from a shared vision of what Across Madeira wanted to become: a company connected to discovery, movement, nature, and the many ways of experiencing the island. The brand needed to speak to different audiences while remaining clear, memorable, and strongly linked to Madeira.
The main symbol is based on a sectioned pyramidal geometric shape, divided into different colors that represent the island’s landscape, atmosphere, and diversity. Its structure suggests the mountain, the steep terrain, the movement of water, the coastline, and the many paths, levadas, and roads that define the experience of crossing Madeira.
The upward direction of the pyramid gives the identity a sense of challenge, discovery, and achievement. It invites the viewer to move forward, explore new routes, and reach the top — both literally and symbolically.
The letters “A” and “M”, from Across Madeira, are integrated into the visual language in a simple and direct way, reinforcing the name of the brand while creating a clear and recognizable graphic system.
Oneline developed the full set of visual elements that define the brand, including logo variations and applications for different communication needs. The result is a coherent and flexible identity, designed to support the brand across multiple contexts while preserving its distinctive character.
Across Madeira now has a visual identity that reflects its ambition, its connection to the island, and its role in creating memorable experiences for those who wish to discover Madeira from different perspectives.
A brand identity built around movement, landscape, and discovery — designed to guide people across Madeira through nature, routes, experiences, and new perspectives.
